Dragon NaturallySpeaking is becoming an increasingly cost-effective accessibility tool for a wider range of people. Speech recognition tools can generate a new excitement for writing and learning for students and workers who were previously unable to write or produce written work due to problems with physical challenges, learning disabilities or low vision/blindness.

Learning

Adaptive software allows those with dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, aphasia and other literacy concerns to work on a computer with more ease and accuracy.

Innovative literacy software, such as WYNN and Kurzweil, are designed to enhance success for individuals with reading challenges and writing difficulties. These software programs were developed with the help of special educators and individuals with learning difficulties.

By using a bi-modal approach, simultaneous highlighting of the text as it is spoken, transforms printed text into understandable information that benefits readers of all ages including English Language Learners (ELL), struggling readers and children with ADD (attention deficit disorder) or ADHD (attention deficit hyperactive disorder).

Vision

Screen magnifiers, screen readers, reading machines, CCTV’s and dictation software can be the key for Low Vision and Blind clients to gain access to computers and printed information to further their goals.

With programs such as JAWS, Zoomtext and Kurzweil 1000 one can navigate the entire computer by voice, magnify the screen for better vision and make printed or electronic text accessible.

From start to finish, we save you time and money by providing everything your client may need, even office supplies! By purchasing everything from one vendor, time is saved by dealing with one company and items are received together and are compatible.

Installation & Setup

Our experience will maximize system performance and minimize technical issues saving you time and money. We offer several solutions from onsite set up and delivery to pre-configured systems shipped to the authorized location.

Each system will have all software and critical operating system updates pre-installed, so that it is ready to go out of the box. We also check and install all printers for defects prior to delivery.

Training

  • Our certified instructors provide simple and easy to use training outlines to teach crucial tips on effective and efficient program use..
  • We offer a variety of training options to suit each client’s needs including onsite, telephone and virtual training.
  • Customized one-on-one, onsite training ensures a quick and successful start in using new technology, but also makes the best use of authorized training time.

Technical Support

All orders come with 90 days of free technical support onsite or via telephone. After this period, minor issues can be resolve via telephone or email. Larger issues may require an additional authorization for onsite diagnosis and repair. For extended support, clients may be directed to contact the manufacturers for support or part replacement.

Computer Repair

We diagnose, troubleshoot and repair technical issues both onsite, via phone or through send-in repairs. Please call for pricing. Any system past the 1 year manufacturer’s parts and labor warranty will require an additional authorization.
